Join us for our annual Cosplay Contest over Halloween Weekend, Oct. 28-30. To enter all you have to do is show up in cosplay at AFZ during that weekend to enter. Cosplayers will also get 10% all their purchases this weekend too!

Winners of the contest is determined solely by AFZ management. We focus on the quality of each costume, attention to detail, how quickly can you identify that character, and personality while in character.

Prizes will be AFZ Gift Cards in the amount of $25, $15 and $10 to the top 3 cosplayers!

Mon-Thurs: 3pm-9pm+
Friday: 3pm-Midnight+
Saturday: Noon-Midnight+
Sunday: Noon-9pm+

We offer "+ hours" for closing most of the time. This means we allow customers to stay in the store past closing. We do this as a convenience to our customers and gives you peace of mind that we won't be kicking you out right at close or shutting down early.

We are going to both Anime Iowa and Otakon this weekend. Because of this we are pulling stock from the store and will be at minimal levels in most cases on merchandise.

There will still be plenty of Magic Cards and card accessories and Friday Night Magic will still be happening. There will also be shortened hours on Thurs/Fri of this week, opening at 5pm instead of the normal Noon. Sorry for any inconvenience.
